Forum Improvements

As of right now, the forum should be good to go! Over the next few days I will still make occasional adjustments such as improving the forum's icons and perhaps give it a background. Just some things to make it look snazzier. One important thing that is top priority right now is getting Good smilies. I added a bunch to the list but I feel like we need more, maybe some minecrafty ones. Are there any improvements you'd like to see? Any smilies you'd like added/think we need? Also, do you guys think its worth keeping the smilies that have white edges?
